Rental Rates
Prices include Wi-Fi, electricty & pool heating (late April to early October). Bed linen is provided. Central heating is not operational during the summer season.
We operate a Saturday changeover day and take weekly bookings, except in peak season (July to August) which is 2 week stays.
In order to reserve, 30% deposit is required with the balance due 10 weeks before your stay. We ask for a breakage deposit of €500 or £500 for UK clients and there is a €100 (£90) cleaning charge for the property (additional to the weekly rate).
A welcome folder is available within the property which details all tourist attractions in the area, practical information for the village and instructions for appliances, etc.
